Highways in Canada

I have to say that I respect Quebec for continuously upgrading it's motorway network, even to smaller centres. Every couple of years they are opening another major freeway connection which plays well to the total provincial network.

Ontario loves to talk about adding to it's freeway network but I feel like it's very slow in actually implementing improvements. Projects like the Guelph to Waterloo freeway have been sitting for over a decade. It's frustrating.
