Hotel yes, tower kitty corner was from a different developer.

Once the other stuff west and north of it go up, plus whatever becomes of the NE corner, this may just "blend in"

Thank god for the scottish rite house across from it - adding some old world charm.

Maybe htey can plant a bigass tree in front that will grow to block most of the building lol.

Probably won’t be too hard to eventually convert it into a mini-plaza where someone can put up a food truck or something, once the city drops that road expansion threat?

If it becomes a busy place, that grass may get paved over to extend the driveway or provide "temporary" parking for guests that are checking in.

Because if there's one thing this city needs, it's parking!

It's a Hampton Inn, so the closest thing to a restaurant it'll have is a small space to serve the free morning breakfast to guests.
