It was discussed a few pages back. It has been assembled by a subsidiary of Shato Holdings. No application has been seen yet, although there's likely to have been an inquiry to the City. Up to now they've developed condo buildings. They sometimes sell on sites they own, like the White Spot site on West Georgia.

Looks pretty sharp. It’s gratifying to have a good solid mixed-use podium on a prominent corner. It establishes a good precedent, too, and underscores how under-built so many stations are today and will continue to be for generations to come.

PCI doesn’t get enough national recognition for their consistently high-quality mixed use TOD projects. They’re among the best-in-class in the country, in my opinion.

There's a slightly newer image showing the City Market signage. The building design seems to be unchanged from the images you posted.

Rendering color scheme is not matching reality.

Renders lie. That's what they're for, unfortunately to Joe Public. Looking about right (unless there is wrap on the segments I last looked at driving by) according to the material legend on their drawings.

These buildings along Broadway are quite prominent when viewing from the north false creek sea wall. Some taller signature towers should be built to enhance the view from false creek. Nothing really to look at from there except for buildings.

It'll take decades but it'll eventually look something like this.

Yes, very much agreed. It is hard to believe that there was a time when many would frown on anything more than 20 storeys going up along Broadway. Hopefully that kind of perception can change with the completion of this tower.
