Promenade Neuf Phase Two development. We are close to the end of the second lost construction year on this project. One really has to wonder what is going on here. The rumour is of a relatively trivial property dispute, but this delay is obviously costing the developer hundreds of thousands of dollars. Think of the rental fees on that tower crane alone!
In addition to the three proper tower cranes, there are at least four mini tower cranes operating in Dieppe as well. I think this year that development in Dieppe is at least rivalling, if not surpassing what's going on in Moncton. In Moncton, the major active projects are the Three Sisters, the Codiac RCMP HQ and the Franklin Yards. The sheer scale of the Three Sisters probably gives Moncton a slight advantage over Dieppe.
