Make a thread requesting it here using the guidelines listed here.

This is site prep. Once work on the building itself begins we can move it over to U/C, should happen soon enough.

More updates from @OPL_Demolition on twitter.

Are any of those caissons already in the ground? If yes, we can officially move this to the under construction section.

This is going to be a stunner.

I hope that youtuber lives or works where those videos were taken. It looks like a great spot to hopefully get some routine updates!

Do you have any diagrams, including section drawings and elevations from the City of Omaha that you can post here.

It's like a 2/3 model of the Salesforce Tower in SF.

The very talented local photographer Brad Williams captured this sunset shot with the newly renovated urban park in the foreground with the tower crane for this project as well. This tower will be front an center for the city.

Nice shot! I was there a few months ago and was really impressed about how vibrant the downtown area was.

I've been searching around trying to find an updated pic of this project to no avail.

Anyone got anything?

The Midwest currently has 4 different cities not named Chicago with a 500+ footer under construction!

That does not happen very often.

This historical moment in regional internet skyscraper nerdom needs to be documented!

Will anyone from Omaha step up to the plate?

[sentinel]

^^That new urban park/plaza is gorgeous.
