I thought the same thing - I'm glad the building itself (you know, that stub sticking up at the back of the podium) is only at the halfway mark.

The size of the podium is just another reminder of all of the additional cars that are going to going in and out of the district. How are those pitiful little streets going to be able to handle all of that traffic? Unless something serious is done, it's going to be a nightmare...
