Those are renders, aren't they? I suspect the view of the water is closer in the picture than it is in reality.

That's an oval running track - you can see at the bottom of that picture that it's curving. Since the roof is narrow, you'll be running a lot of laps to get a good run in.

They are. I believe my partner worked to fill some of the photos with items of student life.
