The larger floors are 9 and 16, which means they're pouring the floor for 26 and the walls for 25. 5 more beyond the floor they're pouring now.

Ohhh that's super nice looking. This will be the most beautiful addition to downtown in a long while!

Totally, I would consider this to be the nicest building being built currently, very impressive.

EDIT: The Villager may have been in there behind the new Mac building.

I'm guessing for the parking garage it needs to be perforated

I don't think it's required to be since they have those vents, I think that w as s a choice. I think it'll look okay though. I think it's supposed to try to emulate the grate look of the garage to make it look purposedul.

Yeah. That seems a little bizarre. It’s clearly not for ventilation because all the cladding is just covering the block wall portions. It wouldn’t be ventilating anything. I trust they know exactly what they are doing. Still going to look good I bet.

It does look a little odd,

To be honest I don't know how I feel about the "bronze-ish" cladding, solid panels or perforated. I'll probably need to see more of the building dressed in it, but the colour as it is, under dull winter skies, does not impress me. Yet it's different from anything we have in the city. So fingers crossed.
