You are right, hard to see that section of the building right now from a good angle. Thanks for the pics
I'll get a closer look on my walk.

Edit: saw them on my walk, and they look good. Curious when we'll see a more substantial amount of cladding. I noticed they've been wrapping some of the concrete with blue skin so likely more coming soon. I'm always curious what constrains the installation of cladding and windows, though I've definitely noticed that installing cladding before the actual tower is done is normal.

Here's another shot of window, from Sunday per Joe.

I also saw the first windows installed last weekend at 1 Jarvis (SE corner of that building) but didn't get a photo.

I'm really excited for more cladding to be installed. Looks like it's going to be a nice building when it's done.

I'm nicknaming it the Trump tower, because of the gold, and because it's YUUUUUUGE.

Way back in 2004-2005 in SSP, there was just me and realcity that came from Hamilton. Anyways, I remember realcity drew a proposed building at this corner of Bay/King for a high-rise, and it was all gold, and he called it the Golden Horseshoe building. Perhaps it was fate that this corner would have a golden facade.

From the photos, it looks like a precast or EIFS panel than a metallic panel. I'm getting a bit of a Ryerson Business School vibe in Toronto.

Maybe the skyscraper crowd can appropriate MAGA... Make Architecture Great Again!

Hamilton can definitely use that slogan.

This build is defiantly a step in that direction. It seems pretty unanimous that this will be Hamilton's nicest tower (looking). I think at least some architects will try to emulate its quality around town with new builds...seems only natural. The average quality will become higher and higher.

Just imagine gold buildings everywhere

We just need some fountains in front of some of them to truly have a vegas feel

Anything's better than the precast Ikea box glassy windowframes junk that's being built everywhere else.. or even.. next door to this one..

That's good. It doesn't look like it in the photos. I guess it's also more gold in real life too.

It looks more bronzish. It looks good in my opinion and mature, and offers a bit of modern architectural value. McMaster almost always does good work with big boy architects. I'd be willing to bet it looks really good when done. I'm looking forward to it. Unfortunate that it will be next to the monotony of Darko being built at King and Caroline...

Wow, talk about progress! The last time I came and had a look at this page, the building was only upto about the 5th or 6th floor. This is going to be a pretty tall building when it's done...
