You do not see the numbers of encampments in other cities like in Hamilton.

From Wentworth to Bay, I’d say over half of the public green space has an encampment. That’s Hamilton and symbolic of our do nothing cupcake councillors.

I dunno... seems to be large amount of encampments in Toronto, each with a decent amount of people:
