Keep in mind we don’t really know when they are selling. As far as I am aware, Cobalt hasn’t actually had a single unit sold, but the signage has been up for 2(?)+ years now.

I imagine it could the same thing here. Spend a few years collecting names, and then sell when the building is, or is close to, completion — and when the market is likely to have gone up further. If you’re like LiUNA and have the money to build without pre-sales… why would you sell for less?

Pretty sure that was the plan originally, but now it's all rentals.

I haven’t heard anything about a switch, and for what it’s worth, their website still gives you the option of indicating interest in a rental unit or a condo unit - but it may well could’ve changed.
