Construction fencing is now up around the parking lot opposite Happy Cooker and Nuburger at Stradbrook and Osborne.
Has anyone seen any designs for this yet? I looked on the City Clerk's website a few weeks ago but didn't find anything at the time. If I recall correctly, when the City sold the lot, it was conditional on adding residential, and the winning bidder paid much more than the City's asking price.
