Not certain yet but we think it was the owner two floors up who did some renovations. Probably didn't have the best plumbers.

I think they own the space but still strata fees and property tax for 2 years

I was beginning to think it never would. I don't know how they managed that financially, must have been a burden on either the tenant or landlord (whoever took the rent hit).

I want to say that's a Strata unit.
Sounds like the business was covering the losses.

From what I understand, they are a start up, probably money to burn.
