DEN-MUC is being operated by mainline LH aircraft and crews. Cityline/Jump is for TPA, ATL, CUN, SJC, Madras, and a few others with high density 343 equipment.
MUC would have been a good summer seasonal option with a 788. I think it might be a bit too much capacity with 789. Unfortunately there are not enough 788 in the AC fleet to free up an aircraft for YYC-MUC.
As for AC rouge, its possible that YYC-MUC could work. Next summers YYZ-LGW will be the litmus test to see if AC and ACr can get along within the same market. So long as ACr doesn't eat into AC margins, then it possible we could see more combined mainline and leisure markets at the same destination. However if ACr eats mothercorps lunch, the two products will be split forever.
