Does it say anywhere what they expect this segment to cost, as opposed to the entire length to UBC, which is supposed to cost $3 billion? It sucks that we have to phase this. It will still be a huge improvement, but 5 kilometres doesn't really add all that much to the overall network and more importantly, doesn't allow for redistribution of buses that will become redundant.
