So does Colorado wish to send the message to corporate decision makers that if you do business with the State of Colorado you better think twice about selling your company or merging or changing a partner (developer) that would be best for stockholders? Or is the message that corporate decision makers should think twice about doing business with Colorado?
Does the growing influence and clout of the City of Denver mean they wish to now serve as the metro area's Overlords?
Sorry, but regardless of political party or jurisdiction, I'm not in favor of over-regulation (hello construction defects) or anti-competitive or business unfriendly policies. Here I thought the goal was just the opposite.
