This runs along the Sturgeon. The Shops of Boudreau are under construction now. There is no sales centre yet for the condos. But be sure for the uproar once people find out it changes their view. Alot different from what Jim Hole told me it would be.

It looks like the entrance to the garage will be across from the firehall driveway.

A friend of mine lives in the white house at the east end of the block.

It's rather unfortunate, but these homes have been falling apart for a long time now and have likely been butchered by years of renovations to turn them into offices and student housing.

October home sales hit a 5-year high

The Realtors Association of Edmonton says youthful buyers were responsible for the highest October home sales in five years.

"Total annual sales are the highest they have been for five years and we had the best October in five years as well," said association president Darrell Cook. "The youthful nature of our city and good job prospects means the demand for housing remains high."

Residential sales, not including late-reported transactions, totalled 1,346 in October for the Edmonton area, up seven per cent year-over-year.

The average selling price for a single-family dwelling was $397,613, up 2.5 per cent year-over-year. The average condo selling price was $235,680, up two per cent from last year.

Still part of the plans. Chrisen Realty is developing that site. This was the housing parcel immediately to the south being developed by Innovative Housing.
