The massing of the residential makes no sense... it's like they've simply cloned the "tower on 3-storey podium" template without thinking about the context. The tower is too fat and slabby too; it'll miniaturize the scale of the other buildings in the skyline, making the skyline look smaller. This would have been the perfect location and context for the Shaw Tower typology, with fat office floorplates for the first 10 floors, followed by small residential plates up top.
