Also, it's completely no use to the mall since the bus station is on the opposite end of the convenient/quick-sale stores (re: foodcourt on the westside of the mall) on the opposite side of the mall. Heck, those quick-sale stores are also opposing NAIT so it very little benefit is had from having to do anything with anything around it.
