-8C with a wind chill of -12. Mix of sun and clouds. What the hell are those temperatures.
Low of -17C (wind chill of -24) this morning. 2 years ago, that was the coldest temperature all winter and now we get it before December 10th.
The warmspot were Victoria and Saanichton, BC at 12.5C.
Warmest low were Solander Island and Estevan Point, BC at 8.4C.
