I assumed that you obtained it from the DOB website.

No no. They got it from the DOB somehow.

A rooftop terrace would be pretty freaking awesome. Though would your views to the south be obstructed by 432? Or is it far enough over to be out of the way?

Both towers will be within each others view, but they're offset, with 432 being closer to Park Avenue.

A rough outline of how this tower will fit into the cityscape...

With 41 W. 57th...

And 350 Park...

If the highest floor is 1220' based on the documents submitted to the city, I would say it's decently likely we do see a 400m tower here. 432 Park Avenue's highest floor is at 1286' but the actual building height is 1397' so...

Why, did you see observation deck listed anywhere?

I'm very surprised you were not aware that all new buildings anywhere regardless of use now must have public observation decks because some other buildings in a different city/country have observation decks, so it only makes sense and blah blah blah...

I know this one insists that every building should have a deck, but its ridiculous at some point to even ask.

The text from the architectural diagram was too small to read and I was wondering what the puropse of the amenity deck on the top floor is.

Obviously for the people who will live there.

66-68 floors and 1,220 feet (and that's maybe just the last floor) is some ridiculous ceiling height, even for an office tower.

I hope we find out more info / see some renderings soon.

Happy New Year!

They plan to sell condos "in the sky", and that's just what they'll do.

Before the new can rise, the old must come down. The demolition phase is always an exciting phase as anticipation for construction ramps up.

I would assume so, when it's available.
