Looks like VAHA Burrard has stumbled out of the gate.
The site has been quiet for the pass 2 weeks (no workers on site), except for a couple of days last weeks when I noticed traffic in front of my building on Drake and for a time, up to the bridge, one north lane of Burrard was blocked for site dirt removal.
It must be chaos at that intersection (Burrard and Davie) when dump trucks are lined up for dirt removal.

Only two levels of parking so I guess it won't take that long.
