That's why I was thinking it's a good spot. It's very central, even if it is part of the business district, it would allow it to stay alive a lot longer. Food stalls/trucks, some specific amenities/things to visit in a public square format would be great. It's right beside transit and hotels too, so easy to get to and get away from. It doesn't have to be a full on Dundas Square but your comment on it being a public square would be good. They can design some buildings with a little height (due to height restrictions) to wrap around it with an open face towards Kent Street. Would be beneficial and innovative enough to help the CBD.
