For unity of Canada, another 'gift' on the same scale of Muskrat Falls would be akin to throwing a drowning person a concrete lifejacket.

It could be argued that it will be inter provincial as it would be close to Quebec. And lets be honest, if Quebec ever said they wanted it, it would be approved.
