It's only going to keep getting busier. Great to see and the few new food options help a lot too, once the Burquitlam Plaza gets done it will really be great, people won't need to leave to shop and eat etc.

Yes, I've noticed that too, more and more pedestrians around, every time i pass through it seems to increase.
