A pity. These plots, esp. the one across from lister are hugely lucrative plots. They are probably just sitting on them until the market is the juiciest.

That and the one across from the lister still somewhat looks like the building was just torn down yesterday - with bits of the old building still jutting out from it and the building side still looking like it was freshly scraped..
