Hopefully the days of 6 stories in Downtown Moncton are almost behind the city (NIMBY issues aside). 10+ should be the minimum for the core of the city going forward. 30 is probably too much at this stage, at least until there's enough 15-20 stories around to fill things in. But a 25 at this stage might not be too out of place the way the city is growing.
