Finally some signs of movement on the Walnut arson parcels. All three sold to an unnamed NY based company.
Can't find anyone else reporting on this other than risingrealestate.

Wouldn't be surprised if the NY Company was Midwood. They already own 1723-29 on this block of Walnut.
