IMO the tower looks a lot better than I expected, particularly in person. The glass is really good.
I saw the glass on the One in person the other day and looks promising, though still too early too tell. I feel like 160 Front is almost done in the time we've been waiting for the One! Remember going for lunch walks pre-COVID when we were all in the office and seeing the pit almost get filled - now that was well over 2 years ago...
