You're definitely almost entirely on your own on this one. Mostly everyone here is a fan of the CVC.

Some have argued what is in some cases being too excessive, and I think does hold some merit, is how certain projects have stalled in the past because they went just a few feet over the CVC permitted height, which is what happened with Gables Park Plaza from my recollection. But overall, we're in favor of it.
