Didn't the mall re-design already have a public hearing a couple of months ago?

If it's already that far in the process, then it really shouldn't be too long after these next two towers for when that gets its start.

There might even be some overlap in their schedules between when the towers are getting constructed and when the mall redevelopment starts construction - if not a concurrent schedule.

And unlike the towers, the mall doesn't have to wait for, nor hit a presales benchmark to actually start construction, assuming they already have the financing sorted out.
