The fact also with super talls, with one rising and others looking like they may happen, shows a strength in the market, which will no doubt trickle and continue to trickle to your 100-200m categories.
Austin’s skyline is much more impressive when comparing 500+ footers to other cities but if you drop the threshold to 300+ feet then the skyline feels very distant and further back from cities like Houston, etc.

There’s still a very long way to go until it’s in those other cities’ league.
