But I can also see the tower portion of the development at either end. It would still leave floor plates larger than most of the potential competitors. A NY Casino needs to be splashy, something to make a statement on the west side. Related said all of the other planned elements (the school, affordable housing) would still be included, so I don’t see the casino taking up most of the site.
