On another topic, does anyone know what's happening to the old Dutch Growers lot? It had a SOLD sign on it for a while and now it's For Lease. I know there was that plan for Bloom or whatever it was called but what an eyesore it is just sitting in disrepair.

As for the building in the Greens I find it confusing…it seems like they’re selling the building and the listing mentions all units are gone except the retail spaces to be leased. But it also mentions it’s the first of 11 buildings in the development.
