Also, I'm hopeful that the 35 storey tower will get underway soon. When it was still in M+M's hands, wasn't it due to be the first one to go up as Phase I? Perhaps someone could fact check me on that. And if ownership has changed hands, the new owners wouldn't be collecting any revenue from the shorter two towers once those are built, so it wouldn't make much sense to sit on this one for too long.

It might be the hotel component of the largest tower that is delaying the project. Still too many unknowns with the covid situation.
