I know the time difference between the 2, but is Ridout in danger of falling into the river anytime soon? 2 lanes of NB Wharncliffe would be a lot better to have while Ridout is closed. It backs up now pretty good, it's only going to be worse with Ridout closed and push more on to Wortley.
