So what happens when the Kruger Plant closes in 15-20 years? This might go against most instincts, but I kind of hope it doesn't. At least keep some manufacturing in the area, bonus if it provides heating for dozens (potentially far more) of nearby buildings.

I remembered reading there was a park expected and they are signed until 2053. So that gives us about 30 years and with the agreement there will be a waterfront park.
