The style of the new name is so similar to the current one that I wonder if this isn't just a simple rebranding. Does anyone else know anything?

It appears the Dieppe location has rebranded as a Thai restaurant though the mountain Rd location is still Mai Asian and serving up Vietnamese cuisine
