Yes, the Douglas crossing will be fully closed but I can’t see a separate pedestrian overpass being built right beside the currently planned overpass.

The best I see happening is wider pathways added onto the Willingdon overpass which is good enough for Costco access. As long as Still Creek Ave remains industrial, which it should, there isn’t much draw for pedestrians.
