Common council was presented with an update on Fundy Quay. The southern portion of the site (running along Peter’s Wharf) will be turned over to the developer in Spring 2022 - therefore we should expect some renderings well before that I’m hoping. Developer publicly said first building will be $50m so I’m predicting a 19 story building.
