That location is Union Square and not the Tenderloin--I've never seen anyone extend the borders of the Tenderloin to include Stockton St. before. It's ridiculous.
Anyway, back in the olden days when that building was the Virgin music store, U2 just appeared out of the blue and played on the rooftop--it was wild.
