I think it's more likely than not that they will go with the higher numbers, specifically because of the higher ceiling height numbers. They are going to market the higher ceiling office floors, similar to all of the other recent office developments that tenants are jumping to.
The height in the drawing is 1,566 ft (out of the 1,643 ft figure), but that's illustrative of design, as they continue to work on it.
