I think it'll be taller than both 389 and 393 feet. The 400 foot height in the thread title and that has been quoted in some articles is just an estimate, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's a hair taller than 400 feet. I believe the 389 and 393 foot heights are to the main roof, and the mechanical roof will likely be somewhat taller than that. Typically, mechanical roof heights aren't included and are even exempt from height variances.

I still am hoping we get to see the elevations for this. I've been looking for them in the HDRC files, but so far I haven't seen any. If we don't see any then we'd have to wait until we can actually measure it with Google Earth, but I'm pretty sure it'll be at least closer to 400 feet.
