The DEIS (draft and final environmental review) is when this officially kicks of the approvals process. So by that timeline, this should be approved before the end of the year. The process is roughly 6 months.

That and there are likely still ongoing revisions. I'm wondering about any maintenance equipment at the top. It's never shown in renderings, but all of the new towers have it.
