I know nothing about the Ponce project but it seems like a win win in my mind. Underground parking, affordable grocer, office and residential. Cleans up a blighted block. Sounds like a good idea. Confused as to why it only passed 4-3 when a lot of these other developments offering significantly less long term potential pass by much larger margins by the Fulton Board. I agree with the city. Fulton needs more written and stringent requirements for granting tax abatements than just the whimsical opinions of 8 people on a board.
