Yes, that's why I separated "In Ottawa" from "In Ontario". The response was to a comment saying intercity buses are cancelled while other options remain - really only Greyhound has cancelled intercity buses in Ontario, other operators continue to operate. This has a large impact on Ottawa as they are the largest operator for sure, but people should know that it's not a COVID thing so much as it seems to be a First Group/Greyhound thing - they've been on their way out for a while, this was just another nail in the coffin.
