For what it's worth, the mainline is at a design speed of 110 kph, the highest design speed for this classification of road. All ring road legs are to have a posted speed 10 kph below the design speed. Only rural arterials and freeways can now reach design speeds of 120 and 130 and therefore posted speeds of 110 - Henday and Stoney will require exceptions to the design guide for posted speeds of 110.

IMO, leave it all until the west is done and the NE is widened to 6 lanes, then make it all 110.
