I accept what I willingly pay. Except at walk through stage they chopped a section of 3ft x 6.5 ft from the second bedroom. Now my junior 2 bedroom(622.5 sf) is smaller than their 1 bedroom and den category(632sf). The second smaller bedroom in Starling also windowless, is now reduced to 70.75 sf..... a storage room like you said.
I am sorry about your plight with Lumina. Luckily there are still lots of good builders out there. I admit I was envious of how fast Lumina goes up compared to TAB. To be honest I was nervous before the walk through because Shape's delay must mean huge budget over run.... may be they cut corners somewhere? But Shape is true to their word . Their workmanship is first class , I do not see any footage shrinkage anywhere. They allow 1 and half hour through says it all.. They even help me with measurement. I do admit the appliances are small..ish. But then I saw it with my own eyes at their show room... they never try to mislead me. I think you are more disappointed because you think you are being misled.
