I think of West Island Montreal, where the CN and CP main rail lines run through the western suburbs, and the high speed train for Toronto rips along at 120Km/h ~~~ (+/-)
Would a parallel track alignment and setup be feasible here. There might be HSR, or even just HrSR here one day.
