Despite the wishes of several fourmers this mall is not going to be the new luxury node of Vancouver, replacing or even rivaling Alberni. I do think it will turn out to be a successful shopping centre with a good tenant mix, but it's not going to be a Harrods anchored lux experience or anything silly like that.
